5. Other Notable Options Not covered

LG B6 – This is very similar to the B7 but obviously the B7 is an upgrade and newer model and so no point in looking at this when the B7 is available. B7 has additional HDR format + Dolby Atmos support.
LG E6 – Excellent and comparable to the B7 . Also having 3d but very difficult to find.
LG C7 – Almost identical to the B7 but for the fact that it has slight edge in audio. If you can’t find the B7 or want out of the box Dolby Atmos with better audio, then choose the C7 instead.

CONCLUSION: LG OLEDB7A (or B7P) is great option for an OLED for the price and given the other options mainly from LG itself or the sole competitor in form of Sony XBR A1E,

Which is the best OLED TV to buy in 2018?

The LG B7A (or LG B7P) is the best OLED to purchase in 2018 from this list considering the price to performance mix. The OLED’s cost is lower than the E7 , G7 and Sony A1E and all the picture and performance parameters similar or slightly better (vs. A1E). So, unless the picture on glass effect of E7 or the better acoustics of G7 are very crucial for you, you may as well go with the B7 (or C7).

The C7 is only $100-200 costlier than the B7 and has a different Alpine stand vs. a curved stand for B7. Additionally the C7 has slightly better audio with 40 W (20 W Woofer), 2.2 channel vs. no Woofer, 4 channel in B7.

We hope you liked our review of the OLED’s range for 2018. Please leave us any questions in the comments section.
